Thoughts of making people feel better and spreading a bit of happiness, if only for a few moments, quickly turn to disillusionment when tasked with delivering hug-o-grams day after day. Fed up with the embarrassing moments and dealing with the socially awkward, the desperate and the downright crazy, including a delusional housewife, a recluse that may or may not be wearing a wig, and a blind woman who cackles at her own demented jokes, Benjamin's had enough. Benjamin's business savvy boss, however, isn't about to let his best hugger go so easily. Through subtle (and not so subtle) manipulation and reminders of his responsibilities, Benjamin is persuaded to give hugging one last go.
